Rafal has 24 years managerial experience. He is a co-founder and previous VP of Pracuj.pl – biggest central-European online recruitment platform. He created online  Agile Leadership Academy, too.

He is the author of 5 books on leadership, management, strategic thinking and innovative corporate cultures.

Privately, polar explorer and alpinist. Walked on skis to North Pole and Sounth Pole.  Climbed one of the Himalayan eight-thousanders (Cho Oyu). Made first ascents to several Greenland peaks.
